Delivery and pick up

Two ways to receive your order

• Pick up — free. Collect your order at one of our points in the United Arab Emirates.
• Delivery to your house — a flat USD 100 (AED 367.25), whatever the order holds.

You choose at checkout, and the fee is added to the order there.

Delivery

Delivery needs your city and area, and your building — or, for a house, the pin you set on the map in My account.

We deliver anywhere in the United Arab Emirates.

We arrange the delivery time with you on WhatsApp once your order is ready.

Pre-orders

A product whose button reads Pre-order is ordered for you. We tell you when it will arrive before we deliver it or call you to pick it up.

Payment

You pay in cash, on delivery or when you pick up. Card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay are coming.

Following your order

My account → Orders shows each order's status: Received, Confirmed, Preparing, Shipped, Delivered or Cancelled.

We deliver in the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, and Syria. Coming soon: Sudan, Iraq, Lebanon, and Yemen.
