Who you buy from

cliky (cliky.net) is operated by AGS INTERNATIONAL GENERAL TRADING L.L.C., Office No. 9, Nayef, Deira, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, VAT registration number 100505480200003. These terms apply to every order placed on cliky in Saudi Arabia.

Prices

Every price on cliky in Saudi Arabia includes VAT at 15%. The price in your cart at checkout is the price you pay, plus the delivery fee if you choose delivery.

If a price is shown by an obvious mistake, we will tell you before we prepare the order, and you may confirm it at the right price or cancel it at no cost.

Orders

You order from your cart in My account by pressing Checkout. Each order is listed in My account → Orders with its status: Received, Confirmed, Preparing, Shipped, Delivered or Cancelled.

An order is binding once we confirm it or start preparing it.

Pre-orders

When a product's button reads Pre-order, we order that machine for you. It is ordered and paid the same way as any other, and we tell you when it will arrive before we deliver it.

Payment

You pay in cash, on delivery or when you pick up. Card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay are coming, and show greyed in the checkout until they are switched on.

Delivery and pick up

Free pick up at our points in Saudi Arabia, or delivery to your house for a flat USD 100 (SAR 375): see Delivery.

Cancelling

You can cancel an order yourself in My account → Orders while its status is Received or Confirmed — before we start preparing it. Once it is Preparing, message us on WhatsApp and we will tell you what can still be done.

Product information

The specifications on each product page are the maker's, as printed in its datasheet; the datasheet and the manual are linked on the page wherever the maker publishes them. A maker may change a product's appearance without notice.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for an order is limited to the price paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the consumer protection law of the country you live in.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai hold jurisdiction — without taking away the protection the law of your own country gives you as a consumer.
