Who is responsible

AGS INTERNATIONAL GENERAL TRADING L.L.C., Office No. 9, Nayef, Deira, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, email sale@ags.ac.

What we collect

• Signing in: your phone number, to which we send a code on WhatsApp, or your email address; or, if you sign in with Google or Apple, the name and email address they share with us.
• Your account: your name, email, and address — country, city, area, building, apartment and the pin you set on the map.
• Your cart and orders: the products and quantities, pick up or delivery, and how you pay.
• Messages: what you write to us on WhatsApp, with any photos and documents you send.
• Seller requests: the company name, website, email, phone, location, categories and brands you send.
• Systems and comparisons: the systems you build and the machines you compare — kept in your account when you are signed in, otherwise only in your own browser.

Why we use it

To run your account, prepare and deliver your orders, answer your messages, send the quotations you ask for, and keep the records the law requires, such as tax invoices.

Who we share it with

Only with the services that run the shop for us — the hosting and the database of the site; Meta, which carries WhatsApp messages; Google, for the map and address search, the translation of messages, and Google sign-in; Apple, for Apple sign-in — and with whoever delivers your order, who receives your name, phone and address. We share data with authorities only when the law requires it.

Cookies and your browser

We set two cookies: one that keeps you signed in (for 90 days) and one that remembers your language. Your browser also keeps your language, your cart as a guest, and the systems and comparisons you made as a guest. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

As long as your account is open, and order records for as long as tax law requires.

Your rights

You can see and correct your details in My account. To get a copy of your data or to have it deleted, write to sale@ags.ac or message us on WhatsApp.

We never sell your personal data and never use it for advertising by others.

Changes

We may update this policy; the version on this page is the one in force.
